Greetings!

My name is Natalie and I might be needing a room coming up soon here (probably around Jan 1st/ Feb 1st?)I'm a 32 year old singer/actor who works in the restaurant industry. Not sure what my deal is quite yet, so I'm putting some feelers out there!

I'm a pretty normal, which I know can be a hard thing to find when doing the whole roommate search. As a roommate, considerate is my MO. I will participate in chores, clean up after myself, and will never leave any dishes in the sink. I'm happy to keep to myself, if that's the vibe, but I do aim to make wherever I live feel like a home. Working in a restaurant, my off days are Monday and Tuesday... this leaves me working nights and weekends. I know my schedule is a little atypical, but I'm always mindful when I'm up and using the common spaces when I know others are sleeping! I also don't EVER bring the party home with me and I?m a non-smoker.

I am responsible with rent and bills, and can provide pay stubs on pay stubs on pay stubs to show proof of income. I'm a truly loyal tenant/roommate and am looking for something long term. I've lived in my current apt for 6 years... the only reason Im moving out is because my landlord is selling my place :-(.

I've lived on Ditmars in Astoria and would love to stay in the area but I'm open to other parts of Astoria/Queens/and Manhattan (from UWS all the way up to Inwood.) My max budget is 1000k a month.

I do have a tiny, adorable, well-behaved dog. She is 7 years old. Hypo allergenic/doesn't shed. 100 % potty trained/only does business outside/no accidents ever. Not much of a barker. Loves to sleep, cuddle, and give too many kisses. If the dog thing is a concern for you/landlord, I am happy to bring her to meet you, or put you in contact with former roommates who've lived with her. I am also currently in the process of making her a certified Emotional Support Animal. This would make her exempt from any ?no dogs? policy.
