Searching for a quite, clean environment

I'm searching for a spacious room, with quite, honest people, who go about their daily life, not worry about mine, and clean-up behind themselves. Professionals preferred, but not a requirement, I don't want to live with someone who parties all the time or has a lot of foot traffic. I'm not home all the time, I work most of the time, so I would like to feel secure in my environment, even when I'm not home. I'm also interested in an area where I don't have to worry about parking, there must also be high-speed Internet access, which is necessary for my work.
