Looking to rent a room. It could be a roommate as long as it's a two bedroom and the roommate is a female. Looking to share a 2b 2b with another responsible individual. I love reading and watching TV and I respect people's privacy. I would prefer to share with females ideally between 45 and 65 years old. I like to keep to myself. I am a very easy person to get along with. I am looking for a room that has no stairs to go to the bathroom. Private bathroom is highly preferred, but not absolutely necessary depending on the situation. I don't dislike animals but I would prefer no pets. And I have a budget for around $500.00 to $900.00mo.
