Mature Woman & Kitty Need Home in August!

My name is Robin. I am a single, mature female and have a sweet (ESA) kitty, age 14, named "Ricochet'. We are looking for shared housing & a private unfurnished room for rent ASAP. I can pay up to $1000/mo, due to being on temporary disability & working only PT as a family-assistant.

JUST moved 7/15 into a home with a woman & teenage daughter who decided after my kitty & I got there that they need more privacy so asked me to move by the end of August...but I want to move sooner if I can. STILL IN BOXES.

At this point, I'm looking for a tranquil and welcoming home where I can sign at least a 6mo lease (prefer 1yr) anywhere in the SF Bay Area either in San Jose to San Mateo in the South Bay or Mid-peninsula, or close to bridges somewhere in the SOUTH East Bay.

I lead a busy life, am an outgoing extrovert, living & kind, and enjoy helping others. friendly. I like light cooking, singing in a choir, volunteering, movies, music, friends, journaling, dancing & more. My kitty ("Ricochet") plays well with others, mostly people & sometimes dogs. We're both pretty easy going with good references. I come with my own antique bedroom set, a brand new (kinda large but beautiful) white kitty condo, and some kitchen/bath items, (but the rest of our home is in storage awaiting our own apartment again someday).

Ideally I'd like to live with other working professionals, but if someone is also a student, I don't mind. Don't like cigarettes or heavy drinking,
