Female seeking Short Term/Month-to-Month Room

I am 28 yrs old and looking for a short term/month-to-month room. I work in advertising as an Account Supervisor and am currently going through the process of being transferred abroad. As my lease ends July 29th and the transfer/visa process takes some time, I am hoping to find a good short term option that may be extended so that I have a comfortable place to stay without being tied into a year long lease.

I am available to move immediately and have a budget of $1200/month. I am also happy to live with men or women in a variety of neighborhoods. I have a small dog (5 lbs) named Ernie who is an absolute love that I would bring with me to the right home. He is happy to keep to himself but also relishes in cuddles, if a willing subject is near.
