Full time professsional
Hi,
I work full time for the Financial Times and have been living in NYC for a few months. When not working, I like to write, read, explore new restaurants and landmarks throughout the city. I'm allergic to cats, so I can't share with anyone who has pets. The apartment I?m currently living in is no longer available since the owner has returned with her family and they need the space.
I'm available anytime this weekend to view room/meet . During the weekdays, I?m available after 5pm. I would need to move in by June 23, 2019. Ideally, I would like a 3 month or more stay and my budget is $1100 per month including utilities-A/C. Also, What would be the total cost to move in? How is rent paid (cash, Venmo app, etc)?
