1-bedroom, studio, or room w/ private entry wanted

Hi

I am looking to rent, a 1-bedroom apartment, studio, or (as a last resort), a room with private bath. If it is a stand alone apartment I would prefer it has its own private entrance. Looking for a rental starting the end of the month of June2022. I want it to be within reasonable commuting distance to Astoria Queens/Long Island City. I would prefer electricity, water, heat, gas, to be included, but not a deal breaker. Would also prefer something with in-unit laundry
