Quiet and responsible

Hi! I'm John, I'm a very laid back person, easy to get along with. Single, Responsible, I work a lot. I'm a hospital employee. Non smoker, No drugs, pretty low key individual. I do love to laugh and enjoy other people's company. I'd like a place with a private bathroom but it's certainly not a deal breaker. Separate entrance from landlord preferred if it is that type of set up. But I am willing to join a group of roommates to rent one house or one big place. Happy to give references, gainfully employed/part time student.
