Room Wanted for December 15th or January 1st

Hi,

I'm looking for a room to rent for at least 6 months to a year. I'm ok with month-to-month or other lease arrangements. I'd prefer the room to be furnished, but if it's the right fit it's ok if it's not.

I'm a 27 year old female originally from Venezuela working in sustainability in NYC for a large architecture, engineering and construction firm. I work long hours (I like to be at work by 8:30 and usually leave at 6 or later) so I spend a lot of time outside the apartment, but when I'm there I like to relax. This typically means that I'll watch a show or a movie, read a book, or do some exercise (I recently took up running, and spend time training for races). I also like to bike and go hiking on the weekends.

As a roommate I'm laid back and like to have a friendly relationship with the people I live with. I do cook most of my weekday meals (but I'm vegetarian, so it's never anything too crazy), but I maintain a clean kitchen and expect others to do the same.
