29, Professional Looking for a New Place

Hi Everyone,

I am 29 and hoping to find a place soon to move mid Jan-Feb. I've been in NYC on and off for 7 years, have great and stable income and Interested in long term or short term options.

I am an administrator and writer working in tech and art. Because of work and my personal life I am out of the house and traveling often. When I am home I tend to keep to myself, but don't mind a cute talk and hang w/ my roomies occasionally. Love, reading, watching movies, going to galleries/museums, meditation, yoga, working out and finding new restaurants/bars.

Also, tend to meet my friends out and about so rarely have guest. no cigarettes. I am tidy, cook once in a blue moon, and a morning person but not an annoying one that will wake the house with me.

I'm currently in ATL so might have a friend look at a place for me if it feels right and don't want to wait until I visit in January.
