Looking for a room in an apartment
Looking for a studio or private room in an apartment where I can leave my stuff, sleep, and spend some time away from work.
I have been described as easy going, flexible, and a clean roommate. Work tends to occupy a lot of my time. Beyond that, running, reading, travel (I am away most weekends), and conversation are the mainstays of my existence. I do not need to be best friends with a flatmate but it adds a new dimension to life.
I am employed full time as a compliance officer and travel a fair amount. I tend to be in NYC less than 100 days/year.
Finally, I get along with a wide range of people. Age, background, and interests all add flavor to a relationship. I am equally comfortable at a Frank Turner concert in a mosh pit as I am having a picnic in a park with a few friends or playing board/card games with strangers.
