Looking for CLEAN & peaceful place

Hi I'm Kaylia- I'm a small business owner, organizing services. I'm looking for a room to rent for about 3 months, longer if the space, landlord and roommates are a good fit. I work Sunday- Thursdays away from home. Friday and Saturday I take off, but I will likely do some work at home.

I'm quite, keep to myself, I'm extremely clean (no visible: dust, dirt, stains, mold, garbage, odors) so I want those same things in the people I live with and in and place I rent.

What I'm looking for in a room/neighborhood?
Safe for a single woman all hours and quiet. Clutter free room.

Only need a bed. Windows and a lot of natural light would be ideal. Absolutely no carpet. Room must have a key so I can lock the door when I'm not there and lockable from the inside.
It would be wonderful if the room has a mini fridge so I can put leftovers. Private bathroom is nice to have but not necessary.

What am I looking for from the person renting the room and roommates?
Respect my privacy, clean up after themselves, kind, respectful, quiet, pest free, garbage not left for the day or over night inside the house (especially if it smells)

What can you expect from me?
Quiet, stay to myself, very clean, I might cook 1-2 days a week vegan meals, I listen to music to wind down and relax but that shouldn't be heard beyond my room, my boyfriend might visit 2-3 days a week. I won't have any other guests.
