Peaceful and Fun loving

I work from home usually 4 days a week for a local environmental policy nonprofit. I try to go to bed around 10 and wake up early to hit the gym. I keep my mess to my own space and would like a roommate who does the same. I'm open to hiring a domestic professional to keep the space clean a few times a year. I like to cook, do yoga, listen to music, read, and watch movies when I'm at home. I'm friendly but I don't drink or smoke tobacco. I am not a match for someone who regularly smokes cigarettes or uses addictive substances like meth, crack, or fentanyl. I'm open to cohabitate with animals so long as they are well trained and have a designated space to relieve themselves that doesn't leak odors into my room or in the kitchen. I'm queer, sex positive, and open to social/casual nudity. I'd prefer an unfurnished room because I'm looking to downsize from a 1 BR. I do a mix of cooking and subscribing to meal prep services. Guests are welcome as long as we give a heads up to each other whenever possible.
