Young Professional Looking to Buddy up :)

Hello Everyone, my name is Reynold (but Rey totally works too) and I am currently looking to move to the city sometime early or mid February. I’ve come down to two routes I’m completely fine with taking which would be either taking over a sublease (with the possibility of a lease takeover) or budding up with 1-2 people to apartment hunt. My current budget is between $1000-$1500 and I’m considering the areas of Bedford-stuyvesant, Bushwick, Park Slope and Prospect Lefferts gardens .

More about me: I am a 21 year old queer identifying human currently working in a Digital Ad firm in Hudson Yard so I’m looking for a <50 minute commute to work on the days I have to go in. I’m more of an introvert who always has some store of energy for interesting conversations. In my free time, I’m either reading, catching up with friends, working on personal creative projects or pretty much just existing. I’ve had many experiences living with people in the past so I understand the expectations and prioritize creating a safe space we can call home. I also adore animals!

Who I’m hopefully looking to share an apartment with?

A person of any gender who is down to create a nice space where we can come home to. This would mean keeping shared spaces clean and sharing responsibilities around the apartment. I’m also very open to being friends with roommates but would more than respect the choice for a more casual relationship.
