Spare Room / Private Room Wanted

Hi Everyone!

My name is Adam, and I'm 32 years old and a full-time working professional. I'm clean, quiet, a non-smoker, respectful, and easygoing. I have a hybrid work schedule, so I split my time between WFH and commuting into the office. On weekends, I like to relax, watch TV, and explore new restaurants and places around the city. I consider myself to be laid back and easy to be around. I keep to myself for the most part, but also like to socialize and have a good relationship with my roommates while respecting their space and boundaries as well.

I'm transitioning from my current place in Manhattan and looking for a clean and friendly atmosphere to settle into for the next 3-6 months, potentially longer. Ideally, I would like a private bedroom with closet space and a little space to put in extra furniture. It could be unfurnished or furnished (no preference)
