Nice guy in need of a room for a while

I'm a full time licensed massage therapist with my own office in Arvada. I am recently single, and looking for a great place to start a new chapter in my life.

I'm friendly and chill, love to laugh and have fun, but also sometimes introverted and enjoy time alone. I'm fairly clean, quiet, and considerate of others' space. I love cooking and gardening when I have the time and space.

I am also enrolled in a software engineering training program for the next few months, so during that time I will be spending my days in my room studying. On weekends I will out of the house, working.
