Room needed a couple days a month

Due to my job and me living outside of the DMV, I need a room with good Wi-Fi for a couple days a week. I do not need 7 days at this point but it does not have that choice for less. I have a 13-year-old Shih Tzu who may accompany me from time to time if his Aunts are not available. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, utilities included. I would prefer my own bathroom but not a deal breaker. Prefer non smoker and no one with a big dog. I do not smoke nor play loud music. I would need kitchen privileges and use of fridge to store food, etc. but not storing items. Parking space needed. Needed no more than 5-6 days a month.
