Looking for a roomate

Hi! I’m a 24 y. o. Linguistics student from Barcelona. I’ve lived in the city for about four years and plan to stay some more. My schedule is usually from 8 am to 6-7 pm, with exceptions on the weekends when I’m generally barely at home. I like to spend a lot of time outside with my friends or discover more about the city. That said, I also love to spend time at home alone or cook, read, listen to music, dance, or watch movies. I’ve been living by myself since I was 17 y. o., which helped me develop a huge respect and understanding for each person’s preferences and habits in a place as primordial as one’s home.

My ideal roommate would be someone respectful of their surroundings, like being clean and tidy in the common areas. I want to share an apartment with someone with whom I can get along and have a friendship, but I also don’t mind more reserved or private personalities. Ideally, my roommate would be someone laid back and easygoing, as I consider myself pretty straightforward in terms of co-living. I also appreciate very much someone that can be responsible, someone who doesn’t mind recognizing when they’re wrong, and likewise, they’re respectful and assertive when communicating discrepancies. In summary, my perfect roommate would be someone that likes to have a relaxed ambient at home and consider their space somehow sacred! What I describe is pretty much what my future roommate should expect from me :)
