To move in you will need:
-First month's rent
-One month broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 App fee for credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)
You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any NYC apartment lease-be ready to provide paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc. NOTE: You will only be responsible for your share of the rent.
Room Breakdown base on size:
1st Room- $950 good for Queen size bed
2nd Room-Taken by young female professional with small dog
3rd Room-Taken by young female professional
4th Room- Taken by young male professional
