I have a private room with private bathroom available in a large 2 bed, 2.5 bath apartment in a luxury building in Beverly Hills 90210. The building has a door man, small gym, rooftop pool and hot tub. The apartment is nicely furnished with modern furniture, in-unit washer, dryer and plenty of sunlight. You will have your own room with a private balcony, walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The room is available immediately. There is plenty of street parking with a permit, and incase you really need underground parking there is an extra reserved tandem spot (although I prefer to use this for guests and friends when they visit).

I am well traveled, work in finance, mid 30s, clean, respectful, social (but don't like to bring the party home), love playing tennis, skiing, swimming and hiking. Often away from home, traveling overseas or outdoors in Los Angeles. The apartment is upscale, and completely drama free - looking for the same in a room mate.
