Wonderful group environment in the heart of Koreatown. We take care of each other here and encourage success and independence. We cater mainly to STUDENTS or Young professionals.

All rooms are conveniently furnished with beds, a desk, a chair, and a lamp.

Newly Remodeled Kitchen with quartz countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances!

We are currently renting out 4-person rooms for $600 per bed. There is plenty of closet space and each room has a private bathroom in addition to the communal ones.

We also have a 2-bed room from $700 per bed per 4-week period.

ALL Utilities FREE (High-speed internet wifi, elecricity and water). We have available parking.
