I just graduated from NYU and am looking to sublet my apartment while I’m abroad. My roommates will be in and out over the summer & they're the best.

The room is fully furnished with tons of natural light & space. AND has AC (which is super key for NY summers).
It’s a loft bedroom with private rooftop access in prime Greenwich Village.

Living room has a small balcony deck. The kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher and we have in building laundry. The building also has a parking lot.

We’re right next to the NYU campus, a couple blocks from Washington Square Park, above the best café’s, restaurants, night life etc. A 3 minute walk to the BDFM/56 Station. Between Soho and Noho and a 10 minute walk West Village.

We’re looking for someone who is in a similar space as us & is kind and respectful. Our neighbors are super kind and we ask that you respect them as well. We love our place so much & hope to find someone who also shares that.
