Looking for someone female and preferably a working professional to sublet one private bedroom to within a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a high-rise apartment located in downtown Brooklyn.

You would sublease my space from July 1 through the end of my lease ending September 30 but flexible for something shorter. You also have the opportunity to renew the full 12M lease starting Oct 1 with the current roommate (you can avoid a broker’s fee this way!)

One other female (28 years old, working professional, goes into the office 3x a week) is living in the other bedroom.

No smokers and no pets, please.

Dish washer and in-unit dryer/washer included. Common space is fully furnished including a tv, couch, and chairs at the kitchen island. Kitchen is fully furnished.

This is conveniently located with easy access to all major subway lines, including a 4 minute walk to Dekalb Ave station (NRQW and B/F trains), 8 min walk to Jay Metrotech station (A, C, E), 3 min walk to Hoyt St (1, 2, 3), 6 min walk to Hoyt Schermerhorn St (G, A, C lines).
