I'm traveling this summer (June-August) and I'm looking for someone to sublet my JC 1 bed 1 bath apartment. I'm looking for someone who will stay a minimum of 1 month but preferably 2-3.

I have everything you would expect: AC, in-unit W/D, high speed internet, Netflix, full kitchen, cleaning products, etc. In terms of location, it's about a 10 minute walk from Grove St PATH station and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and all the other great things about downtown JC.
Hoping for $3000/mo, just to cover the cost of the apartment + utilities. I'm not trying to make a profit or run this as a business, just break even.
Available starting June 1st.
