Half of the 2 car garage will be available and I will be using the other half for my storage & business. Plenty of parking. Utilities included EXCEPT cable tv/streaming, etc.

Bedroom for rent is currently FURNISHED and bathroom has all basic supplies. However, room can also be rented UNFURNISHED.

Complex has 30 units and this property is an attractive two-story dual master suite floor plan. Has nice kitchen featuring quartz countertops, rich cabinetry, induction range, & newer energy efficient appliances, including refrigerator.
