Fantastic Light filled Room in Prospect Lefferts

We are looking for an easy going, friendly and clean addition to our little community in Prospect Lefferts! The master bedroom, with large south facing bay windows and lots of natural light, feels very spacious and comfortable.

The eat-in kitchen is full of light and has been completely redone, equipped with large brand new appliances, marble countertops, a tiled backsplash, high ceilings and LOADS of natural light.
Ample common areas include two very large, light-filled, and comfortably-furnished parlors as well as a private back yard. The parlors features beautiful dark hardwood floors, large South-facing bay windows, and lots of original period details such as a decorative stairway and banister. We recently renovated the fenced in private back yard - complete with a gazebo, a shuffleboard table, our own herb garden, and a BBQ (and smoker).
We have premium WIFI throughout the home.

The house itself is walking distance to the 2, 5, (5 minutes) and Q (10 minutes) trains, as well as Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum. Finally, it is very close proximity to the bars and cafes on Nostrand and Flatbush Avenue with more opening every day!

We are a friendly, laid back group - who just came together in the home...clean and respectful of each other's private space but love to hang out in the park, grill, and eat and watch something after work. Love to read, toss a frisbee in the park, go for a bike ride, or just sit around and chat.
