Cozy House with Hot Tub, patio, and parking!

The house is located 5 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Sac State, 20 minutes from UC Davis, 20 minutes from the airport, and 2 hours from Lake Tahoe.

We are looking for a roommate that is respectful, clean, and courteous. We usually stick to ourselves and do our own thing. There are two girls, one guy, and small dog "Sparky" living here.. Sparky doesn't bark, and loves to be pet. We all have different careers and schedules. One roommate is never home, so one bathroom would be shared between you and one other person. I have my own personal bathroom.

There is a mini fridge in the room if you need extra fridge space, fiber optic internet (Really fast), a printer, hot tub, fire pit, a garage for storage (If you have anything to store, within reason), laundry/dryer in house, and much more!

If you like to cook, the kitchen has 5 burner stoves, 2 ovens, a microwave, keurig, coffee maker, and an air fryer. We have a full backyard with couches, hot tub, grass, fan, awning/covering, fire pit, and edison bulbs along the fence line.
