The apartment is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood with views of downtown from the street and the apartment.

Perfect location if you have a car! We have a garage. No break ins 🙂 It is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Castro, Golden Gate Park, Cole Valley, and Diamond Heights. Accessible with public transportation on the 33 & 37.

The bedroom comes unfurnished and has a large closet and large windows that bring in a lot of sunlight. Very large shared bathroom. Can comfortably fit a queen size bed, a dresser, a desk, and more.

Everything is in excellent condition in this apartment. The main floor has a spacious living room with 2 furnished patios, an additional shared bathroom, and an open fully equipped kitchen (with 2 ovens and a griddle), and a dishwasher. The kitchen is a chef's dream!
