Condominium complex is located in a tree lined street. Neighborhood is very nice, behind Ebell Theatre, and Hancock Park is just a block away. Complex has a pool, jacuzzi, security front gate, side by side spacious underground parking (gated and secured), guests parking inside the complex, bicycle storage and area for car wash. The condo unit is nicely decorated, bright, has lots of windows with 2 balconies. The person renting will have her own bathroom and there is a laundry room inside the unit.
I work as a practice assistant in a law firm but currently working from home 3 times a week. No pets allowed since I already have a toy poodle. Pet friendly roommate is a plus. Regarding my personality, I was told that I’m pleasant, happy, organize and easy going. I am looking for a roommate who is mature, tidy, responsible, non-smoker and no drugs.
Rent is $1,400 a month. Utilities are included. I need first month and last month's rent and a non refundable cleaning deposit of $100 to move in. Total is $2,900.
