Beautiful New Home in Old town Buda, I'm looking for a roommate to share within my 4 bedroom home. MUST be clean, MUST have a job, MUST give me a 30-day notice prior to moving out, and generally a nice person.

- Access to the COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE, RECREATIONAL AREA,- will need to get a FOB at your cost as I don’t have one - basketball, soccer field, and SWIMMING POOL !!!.
You will also receive a nice-looking bathroom which is shared.
The house is about a 25 min (no traffic) drive from both downtown Austin and San Marcos. . The house is just 12 miles from downtown Austin, and just 15 miles from San Marcos, Buda is a town about 5 minutes from the Austin city limit so we're right on the cusp of South Austin.

Rent: $775 slightly Smaller bedroom/$850 Large room with a walk-in closet Includes all utilities (Internet +$15- We all split the high-speed internet) Bedroom dimensions: 13'8 (l) x 10'8 (w) x 9' (h)
You'll have your own bedroom { Furnished) with a closet, shared bathroom, washer, dryer, and a large kitchen to cook in, home is fully furnished, with a TV, a fenced backyard, a covered back patio with a Hot tub, etc. The neighborhood has community gardens, catch-and-release ponds, hike and bike trails, a fenced dog park nearby, a frisbee golf course, and covered pavilion which can be rented out for parties and such, and a pretty good-sized pool.
Looking for a responsible, clean, non-smoking, drama-free roommate that is respectful of shared spaces is a good communicator, and is dog-friendly (but no more pets). There is a refundable security deposit of one month's rent $850 / refundable upon no abnormal wear/tear of the premises and providing a 30-day notice. 1-year contract is preferred; but willing to do a 6 month as well, references may be required.
A little about me: I am retired and travel a lot, I am mostly out of the country--I like being friends with the people I room with but if you're the "I stay in my room and do my own thing" type then that's ok too. I value your personal space and personal time, I understand what makes someone an introvert vs. an extrovert, and also seek to be a good housemate and friend, you need to like dogs if you're going to be living here as I have two spoiled rotten german shepherds.
