Subletting Rest of Lease Ends June

3 bed 1 bath apartment with shared common area + kitchen downtown hoboken 2 blocks from CVS and train station. Bathroom is only shared with 1 other roommate (the other has a private bed bath but still uses the kitchen and living room.) Rent is $1438 includes all utilities except internet and electricity. Both roommates are men (29y/o in private bed bath + 24y/o in bed and sharing bath.) Both working in jobs away from home - one comes home later in the day to work on occasion. Common areas fully furnished - bedroom can come furnished with mattress, bed frame, 2 dressers, or unfurnished too. You would be taking over lease beginning of May until end of June - option to resign for the full year then as well.
