Quiet room in beautiful Tudor City building

I'm looking for a female to share my beautiful pre-war apartment. The room available is dead quiet at all times, has one closet, a single bed, some side tables and an air conditioner if you wish. (The rest of the apartment has no a/c). The building is immaculate and has a 24/7 doorman, spectacular roof deck with great views, *free* well-equipped gym, computerized laundry room, music room, ping pong room, bike storage, and two "social" rooms, whatever that means. The kitchen is small as are the fridge and freezer -- better for someone who loves take-out or frequently shops fresh. There is no dishwasher (ugh! I know).

I work full-time in editorial after decades as a successful freelance writer and I'm looking for someone almost any age with a full-time or hybrid arrangement for work. Not looking for a best friend, although grabbing a drink or a performance once in a while would be great. Basically I'm looking for someone pleasant and courteous who takes care of my stuff and cleans up. Proximity to Grand Central makes the place ideal for someone needing a place to crash during the week but lives outside the city. I'm high energy but chill and keep busy.
