We are looking for someone who is quiet and clean. We try our best to pick up after we cook within the same day or 2 MAX. We want to find a good fit for our home.
Preferably a working professional credit score must be at least 700 or higher or we won't qualify for the lease.
We paid only the Wifi and eletric which end up costing about and extra 50-80 a month each
We have an in-unit washer & dryer, AC, Dishwasher
Common areas are FULLY furnished so you would only need to bring your stuff for the room.
