I have two large rooms available to rent for March 1st that will be on the market until February 10th. Both rooms have a ton of natural light. The apartment also has a large living room area with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is in a prime location extremely close to the 1/A/B/C/D subway lines. It is located near many restaurants and cafes and only 1 block from the beautiful Riverside Park and the Hudson River. I will be living in the third room of the apartment. I am a student and young professional working in healthcare and applying to medical school. I am easy going, clean and spend most of my time out of the apartment at work. There is no broker fee.
