Room for Rent with Private Bath and Parking

Private room with lofted storage above closet, private (detached) bathroom, and assigned garage parking space for rent in Belmont Heights. Unit is a middle unit on top floor (6 units total) with large vaulted ceilings and includes shared living room, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and patio with 2nd fridge. Does not have AC but I have an evaporative cooler for the hotter months. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished but you can add some personal touches if interested and use any of my things. Looking for a roommate as my last one moved to live with her boyfriend (can provide reference upon request). I am a QA Director and work a normal Mon-Fri schedule, go to the gym a few times a week, and enjoy relaxing in the living room when at home. I am also very clean and organized and would like someone similar in that way at least for the common areas. I stay in the master bed/bath which is smaller combined space than the room and bath for rent. The area is close to a lot of bars, restaurants, parks, and within walking distance to the beach.

I also have a small rescue dog that you would need to be comfortable sharing the apartment with (preference given to those who have lived with dogs before). I wish I could accommodate other pets but mine doesn't tend to get along unfortunately and I'm allergic to cats. Lease is month to month but looking for someone that wants a spot for 6+ months. I enjoy this space and location a lot and plan on being here long term right now. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and ok with w. eed. Also willing to offer a $100 discount every month if you are able to help me watch my dog while I travel. Helping care for him on a regular basis is not expected in any way and I do not travel every month but it would help me out for those few times a year I do. Please ask if interested in this deal!
