Hello! I am looking for a roommate for a 1 bedroom (it is unfurnished, bed and table in photos have been moved out) in a home in Westwood, $1600/m with flexible lease,

Note: This is a sublease. The tenant has a two year lease for the home and is flexible on sublease terms.

no credit check with utilities shared(W/E/G) and trash/waste, internet, and gardener is covered by tenant.

Walkable Public Transit nearby. 5 mins to Culver City, 5-10 mins to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and 15 mins to LAX!

Shared bath, large living space, parking in driveway (street permits to come) and a huge backyard! I already have two cats so unfortunately no other pets at this time.

There currently are three other roommates. My partner and I share a bedroom, UCLA postdoc in the front bedroom, and the tenant of the property has their own AUD with a separate bathroom in the backyard. Looking to fill this space ASAP :)
