RENT IS $1000 with an average of $50 utilities per month with in-unit laundry, HUGE closet space, and car parking available in the building.

You will be sharing a common space with the other current male occupant who is in his 20s attending college at GCC. Inviting friends over is fine but usually, there are no loud parties, or you can just communicate wit roomate when bringing friends over so that there will be no surprises. The roommate is really clean, plays video games, goes to school, and is alc friendly. Prefers a potential tenant who is also in his 20s and flexible but follows the house rules, is clean, and is open to being friends. Looking for Male tenant, no couples.
