One bedroom in a 2-bed, 1-bath adorable house in mid-central Pasadena is available for rent for short-term or month-to-month. It’s ideal for individuals studying, interning, or working for short-term. The house is a 15-min walk to PCC, 4-min drive to Caltech, and 10-min drive to JPL.

I am a 28-year-old female who works as a teacher for Pasadena Unified. Overall, I am clean, kind, considerate, respectful, and friendly but quiet. I like to hike, travel, read, and cook. I am involved in the Sierra Club, and I recently just got back from walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain. I went to Loyola Marymount University for my Master’s degree in Urban Education.

No smoking, no pets, no loud parties, no drugs, and no overnight guests. Females preferred please. One person only.

Unfortunately, rent, no-smoking, no-pets policies, etc. are set by the landlord and are not negotiable.
