Furnished bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment for sublet. First month's rent and one month security deposit is required for move-in. Immediate move-in.

I'm looking for a female roommate to sublet this cosy bedroom on the Upper West Side (102 & Broadway). Rent is $1650 minus utilities. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, curtains and shelves and can easily fit in a desk if needed. It comes with a huge closet with a shelf. There is an AC in the bedroom as well. The apartment is also fully furnished with a sofa and dining table and has a lovely bathroom.

The apartment building has an elevator with laundry in the basement. The location is prime: it is 1 block away from the 1 train, close to a lot of grocery stores, delis and eateries and just a few minutes away from Riverside Park. It is also just 15 minutes away from Columbia University.

I'm someone who is extremely clean and hates mess so for roommate compatibility, I'm looking for someone who:
- Takes off their shoes before entering the apt because NYC is very dirty
- Washes their dishes after eating and does not leave dirty dishes in the sink, esp overnight
- Cleans their hair on the sink/bathtub
- Generally cleans up after themselves
- Does not smoke/drink
