Rental requirements:
-Fully completed application
-1 consecutive month of verifiable income (paystub must have employer name, roommates name etc.)
-Needs to make at least 2.5x their portion of rent
-Credit needs to be at minimum 680+
-Copy of Driver's License

You can visit the place on inquiry. The apartment is between Hollywood and East Hollywood and silver lake. Right off the 101. It's a safe neighborhood and has a neighborhood watch.
15min walk to the redline.
6 min to buses in all directions.

About me:
I am an actor and game tester. Preferably, I would like other people in the Hollywood industry to apply. However, I am open to anyone, who is ok living with actors. I use 1/3rd of the living room for self-taping. So that must be an ok for you.
