This is a large room in Hamilton Heights at the corner of 142nd and Broadway, 3 blocks from the 145th St. subway station on Broadway and a few minutes from City College. Heat, hot water, and water/sewage are included. Total utilities including internet works out to about $50/mo, which won't go up in the winter since heat is included. There's 6 months left on the lease.

This is a 4 bed 1 bath apartment with one roommate in each room. The roommates are mid to late 20's professionals, 2 males and 1 female. It's a non-smoking apartment, and none of the roommates have pets. There's a large living room and an eat-in kitchen with washer/dryer combo. It's an elevator building with live-in super. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and this room has a closet and looks out onto 142nd street.

The room has a new Sleepy's queen bed (box spring and mattress) which I can leave behind for no cost.

The landlord requires 40x the monthly rent in income and credit at least 680. Guarantors are accepted.

The room is available for immediate move in. It's ok if you'd like to start the lease in January, even up to Feb 1 would be ok.

There's another room in the apartment that will be available soon, if you are a couple looking to rent. Each tenant would need to rent a room.
