I am a real estate agent and I am putting together 4 students and/or young professionals to be on a shared lease in a huge 4 Bedroom/2 Full bath apartment. The apartment has a large living room and features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

-December 15th or January 1st move-in

(Electric/wifi split between roommates)

-Pet friendly (20lb limit)

To move in you will need
-first month's rent
-broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for a credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

You will be on a 12 MONTH and you will need to be approved like you would for any New York City apartment lease, be prepared to provide a tax return/W2, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, and ID.

NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 33k-56k minimum annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 650.

Guarantors/Co-signers are accepted if you do not meet the above requirements
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 700)

Room Breakdown based on size/location:
Room #1-$825 good for Twin size bed
Room #2-$850 good for Twin size bed
Room #3-$1200 good for King size bed
Room #4-$1400 good for Full/Queen size bed (has private full bathroom)
