The house is a new building with updated appliances, hardwood floors, large windows and paid laundry facilities. The Lewis House has two units altogether, each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area as you enter the apartment. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

In these apartments, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces are used for cooking up dinner and relaxing in the evening over a glass of wine.

Amenities include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, blenders, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and anything else you would need in a kitchen.
Also included: paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.

The living room is the center of each apartment in the Lewis House, with couches, flat screen TVs and a long dinner table for working or eating. Whether you’re cooking with your roommates or watching the latest Netflix series, the shared spaces in these units are equipped with everything you need.

The Myrtle Av station is a 15-minute walk away and is served by the both the M and J train, which run frequently into Manhattan. The Lower East Side is only 5 stops away, so you can easily explore all New York City has to offer.

The neighborhood has a nearby park, bars and restaurants that offer everything from Jamaican to Latin-inspired eats.
