This is a one bedroom in the heart of Williamsburg. North 4th between Bedford and Berry.

Third floor of a walkup. Facing south and gets lot of light.

3 minute walk to the Bedford Ave subway station. 3 minute walk to the river.

This is for a 3 month stay with a possibility for a 4th month extension but no guarantees.

This walkup has only a handful of units and all of the tenants have great relationships with each other.

Especially with the landowners that live on site.

Sounds stiff, but the landlady is one of the nicest/coolest people I've ever met. I've had people over late, played music loud, never had any problems.

But I also have an inherent respect for my neighbors, which brings me to probably the most important point. In a sea of ridiculous rents and shit apartments, my unit is premier spot, in a premier area, and only premier people will be considered. Premier in character, in their sense of responsibility, and their sense of respect for their dwellings and the people around them.

There is a zero tolerance policy for any f*ckery with this little building community we have here.

Older working professionals are preferred, but if you're a student, or traveling from overseas, and will pay on time and cause no problems - you're of course welcome too.
