Room for Rent in Prime Williamsburg

I am renting a room in my 2 bedroom apartment. Available for immediate move-in. Flexible stay but my lease is up on August 31st, I'll likely renew provided the landlord doesn't unreasonably raise rents. I've renewed twice and the rent increases were reasonable.

Landlord is great, fixes things immediately assuming I didn't already fix it myself. Area is in excellent part of williamsburg, right between the L and the JMZ so you can walk to either. The shower is incredible and tenants have roof access to an incredible view of the city. Landlord just installed washer/dry combo unit. It takes a while to dry but gets clothes incredibly dry. Its changed my life I greatly prefer it to going to the laundromat!

Room is small but livable and gets lots of light. ~80 ft^2, apartment is about 550^2 ft. Room is furnished with bed, dresser, and desk. I can sell the bed if you have your own.

Looking for a roommate that I get along with. Not looking for a roommate where we lock ourselves in our rooms when we get home and never hang out. I work in the office 4 or 5 days a week, so you'll have the place to yourself during the day. If after a month we aren't getting along, I'll be happy to let you move out and re rent the room.

I'm a huge nerd about many things and an engineer. I like to have people over for board game nights and just generally hanging out though I'm not the type to be throwing parties every week.

Landlord is pet friendly. I LOVE animals but I'm not sure if I want to live with one at this point in my life.
