Room for Rent

PREFER STUDENT BUT OPEN TO EVERYONE
Looking for a month to month arrangement. Deposit goes towards your first months rent. Place is located on a quiet street in a good neighborhood. There's a park at the end of the street as well. Easy to find street parking but also parking available in driveway.

The room has a big window and closet for storage/clothes. I can supply a bed if needed. Room is located right next to bathroom. This bathroom is shared with myself but it's kept super clean as well as the whole house.

Tenant is also welcome to use the kitchen= appliances included as well as fridge + washer/dryer. There is a communal dining room and living room. Regular cleaning is done, just ask to pick up after yourself.

There are pets on the property. Two inside/outside cats and two dogs that stay outside. These animals won't get in the way of your stay but they are friendly so might say hi.

I work from home but occasionally go out and stay in my room majority of the time. It's usually super quiet so you won't have to worry about noise.

There is another tenant that occupies another room and uses a second bathroom. Also quiet, comes and goes.
