Looking for Roommate to share 2bed/2bath condo

What’s available: One bedroom with attached full bathroom in a two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment in the 💜 of downtown Long Beach, one block from the beach.

I am a 31 year old male looking to fill the “master” bedroom of my apartment. You can be a guy or gal, or anywhere in between. All I ask is that you’re a good and honest human being and have a regular, verifiable income. Also must be okay with one very well behaved dog.

Your bedroom has a large window, private bathroom and spacious closet. You can also make use of additional closet space in the hallway if needed.

The apartment has a fully working kitchen (stove/oven, microwave and fridge), a living room with large balcony overlooking downtown, and is fully furnished. You will only need to furnish your bedroom, but I’d be happy to accommodate any other furniture you might have if the space allows.

The building has a laundry room and there is a parking space available in the attached garage if you’d like to use it (+$100/month).

I have been living here for 5 years and am now on a month to month lease, so you would also be month to month. I am asking for first months rent plus deposit upon move in. We would split the cost of internet and utilities, which averages $50-80/month total.

The room is available ASAP with pro-rated rent.
