Furnished one bedroom for rent in our 3300 sf 4 BR home in upscale wooded established and quiet neighborhood. Twin bed, dresser and desk. Applicant will share adjacent hall bathroom with another boarder and son when home from school out of state. Includes use of kitchen, laundry and all public areas of this large house. We are near Six Flags & UTA, so not far from UD and DBU.
Renters considered shall have ability to pay rent whether or not COVID economy is an issue. We are looking mostly for healthy COVID-Vaccine-free boarders who either have lifelong immunity from previously being infected or intend to manage future without a booster.
