This is a nice 3 bdrm. 2-1/2 bath Townhome.

We are seeking 1 additional FEMALE roommate to join me and my roommate on this rental. (You share a bath with the other female)
I personally am very health oriented , We are clean, Respectful and considerate of others, friendly and super easy to get along with. My other roommate works from home. and has a little office area on the lower garage level.

RE PETS : I LOVE animals and A Small non-shedding dog Might be ok with the owners as long as it's WELL trained and doesn't do it's business indoors. My other roommate already has 1 small dog part time and the owners really don't want a second pet in the house but MAY consider it if it's a SMALL dog. (No cats as my roommate is allergic)

Utilities are shared and should average about 80-100/month each with 3 of us.
The furniture in the bedroom can be removed if you don't want any of it but there is a queen sized bed in great condition w/Headboard you are welcome to have if you wish.
We have a nice Washer and Dryer on the lower level as well.
We are still not quite done furnishing/decorating the place and with wall hangings but we are working on it :)
