Hi! I've lived in Pasadena for around 7 years in this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath townhouse in the Playhouse District. I'm currently looking for a responsible, friendly, kind, and clean/organized roommate, female preferred, and that person would have a private room and private bathroom (the bathroom is not attached/would be accessible to guests who visit). This is a two story place, and while the avail bedroom and bath isn't furnished, the rest of the place is. There's an underground parking spot included as well. We also have a washer/dryer unit available. Our unit faces the street and surrounded by trees, and a short walk to S Lake Avenue shops and restaurants, and to Old Town. Looking for someone who will move in either August or September. Please no pets, no smoking, no drugs, and no drama :).

About Me: Late 20s female working professional (currently wfh) in the media/entertainment industry. I'm a lifetime member Girl Scout, who loves traveling, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and musicals/plays/all things animation.

$1400 per month + gas, electric, wifi. $1,000 security deposit. 6 months commitment, then after 6 months we can decide if we want to continue for another 6 months etc.
